This a very comprehensive book, maybe too much info. What I think is it should include is a basic series of exercises in addition to having complete sections for every part of the body.. This is the kind of a book could be used at any age and could help more people who are weekend warriors under age 50. I thought this book would provide recommendations/modifications of the standard golf swing to reduce pain, but instead it focuses more on improving your fitness/flexibility so you can execute a conventional golf swing "pain free". Not what I was looking for.

Once I found the section on rotator cuffs, wrists and the carpal tunnel I new this book was for me and as it is on my it travels well.

Just received and working through the book. Think it will help.
I have been using this book as a guide for stretching and strengthening muscles and joints that have become weak and stiff due to poor posture, lack of use and aging. I have gotten relief from stiffness and gained new strength in weak areas by using the specific exercises for these areas. When I am able to play a round of golf, or just go to the range after a session of exercises my timing and tempo are much better. I am confident with more time my body will benefit from a regular schedule of exercising.
